Google Cloud is a leading suite of cloud computing services. Internally, Google uses a customer relationship management (CRM) system to coordinate with existing and potential clients. In the age of generative AI, Google seeks to improve its existing CRM system. We designed a modernized CRM platform by leveraging Material UI and Bard AI.

I had the joy of working with truly amazing teams 🫶 and our caring mentors, Soo 💖. Together, we delved into research and design to bring forth the latest AI capabilities, with the aim of infusing extra magic 💫 into the Account Planning journey for Google Cloud.
